Memo 01

Privacy policy

This page explains what information GridLab PulseCore collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.

Memo 02

Information we receive

The site itself stores no personal data. If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you chose to send — typically your name, your address for correspondence, and the content of your message.

Memo 03

Purposes

Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.

Memo 04

Cookies

We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.

Memo 05

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.

Memo 06

Storage periods

We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.

Memo 07

Access and deletion

You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hola@gridlabpulsecore.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.

Memo 08

Security

Your correspondence lives in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox, readable only by the people who need to answer you.

Memo 09
